How it Started

Meet Stella, the creative force behind a lil help. As a student navigating the tumultuous waters of academia and young adulthood, Stella knows all too well the challenges of grappling with anxiety in a world that seems scarier by the day.

With looming tests, never-ending deadlines, and the constant bombardment of unsettling world news, Stella found herself feeling overwhelmed and adrift. But instead of succumbing to the waves of anxiety, she decided to take action.

Drawing from her own experiences and struggles, Stella envisioned a lil help as a lifeline for others who find themselves on the same anxiety-ridden journey. She wanted to create a space where everyone can find solace, support, and practical resources to navigate the stormy seas of anxiety.

As an artist with a keen eye for creativity, Stella found herself yearning for something more vibrant, engaging, and, well, interesting.  With her artistic sensibilities in full swing, Stella set out on a quest to infuse a touch of color, whimsy, and imagination into the world of anxiety management.

The App

The creation of a lil help app began with a realization: the existing apps designed to combat anxiety were, well, a bit bland.  a lil help app is not just about providing practical tools and resources—it is about creating an experience that resonates on a deeper level.  We want our community members to feel inspired, empowered, and uplifted every time they engage with the platform, whether it was through an encouraging message, a whimsical animation, or a dose of artistic expression.  From playful illustrations to interactive features, every aspect of the platform was infused with an artistic flair and passion for storytelling.

As we continue to paint the canvas of mental wellness with bold strokes of innovation, we invite others to join on this colorful journey toward healing and hope.
