How It Started

Stella is the creative force behind a lil help. As a student navigating the tumultuous waters of academia and young adulthood, Stella knows all too well the challenges of grappling with anxiety in a world that seems scarier by the day.

Drawing from her own experiences and struggles, Stella envisioned a lil help as a lifeline for others who find themselves on the same anxiety-ridden journey. She wanted to create a space where everyone can find solace, support, and fun resources.

As an artist with a keen eye for creativity, Stella found herself yearning for something more vibrant, engaging, and, well, interesting.  With her artistic sensibilities in full swing, Stella set out on a quest to infuse a touch of color and imagination into the world of anxiety management.
